Let me start by saying I love Avast AV I have been using it for as far back as I can remember(which has been awhile since I FIRST used it)
now on to the problem:
I wanted to try out the SecureLine VPN (I knew it was a trial and if i didn’t cancel the auto-renewal I would be charged, I understood this). But it was not meant to “Auto-Renewal” thought I had “unselected” the option for it to “renew” but apparently it didn’t “accept” this. which if you search through the net you can find a lot of people “claiming” this happens a lot. “unselect” an option for an auto renewal and they get charged anyways, now if it’s true or not who knows, you can say anything on the net and you will get people who believe it like a religion… anyways

but almost 21 days and not even a hint of it being refunded, no emails, nothing to even show, seriously what gives? a week would of been no issue, but 3 weeks. and nothing? now I am just getting very much annoyed
