Where should i find a new license file or activation code?

Hello. Yesterday, my SSD disk suddenly became inoperable, and was replaced. I re-installed Avast Internet Security and it runs now in trial mode. How can i insert license for this product, i bought it 2 months earlier and it valid until May 2014.
