Where to begin...

Avast Premium is nice, but it seems as though things are not as fluid as they once were. To start, the help page inside the app that promotes 24/7 help has been offline for quite some time. Exceptions for websites simply do not work, adding an exception is no longer registering with Avast, essentially still allowing websites to be blocked. Disabling all shields (11 of them), still does not disable them. So I have an overpriced, up to date antivirus program that will not recognize exceptions for benign websites, will not shut down and does not have a functioning “24/7” help page. So imagine the frustration I have to actually register for this site to just complain about something that may or may not ever get fixed. Have a good week everyone. And yes, I have the most up to date program and virus definition.
