Hi, I have a problem with avast internet security 2015. When I try to connect to safezone I obtain the following message "Whoa safezone browser has crashed. Relaunch now? In addition this blocks more oe less my notebook and I need to reboot. This occurs on a Compaq CQ60 using Vista however I have no problem with a HP destop using XP with similar parameters.
I tried to remove avast using avast cleaner and reinstalling avast but the problem persists
Can anybody help me? thanks

Best thing you can do is to generate a Support Package and submit a Ticket :

And post the Ticket Number and Support Package ID here too for easy reference.
