on default the pc have mcafee but i have delete this
i have tried to repair and also to delete and reinstall
with manual update no errors
i have the free version of avast
Did you use the McAfee removal tool ?
Have you rebooted after installing avast ?
mcafee deleted with control panel, then i have restart the pc
then install avast e restart the pc
You’ll find the removal tool for McAfee at:

It needs to be run to remove the parts left behind after using the add/remove function.
After you’ve totally removed McAfee, reboot your system, then do a repair of avast!:
add/remove > select avast and scroll down to select Repair.
Reboot your system and let us know if that fixes your problem.
If not, a clean install may be needed. More on that if the repair doesn’t work.

Did you install an older version of Avast ? The reason I ask is that it is in the Alwil folder which to the best of my knowledge has not been used in a few years

Download Avast Uninstall Utility to your Desktop.
Download the correct version of Avast
Avast Free
Avast Pro
Avast Internet Security
Avast Premier
Disconnect from the net
Uninstall Avast via control panel
[]Run the uninstall tool and accept the reboot to safe mode
[]Once complete reboot your system
[*]Reinstall Avast
