Why can not update manually virus database for 4.8 Proffesional

Dear Moderators or people who might got same experience before.

Im trying to update manually my virus database for avast 4.8 Proffesional.

But it display :

Cant install VPS update. Please report following errorcodes:
Ver: 4.8.1169
SI: 0x00000005
ST: 0x2000001C
LE: 0x00000000

Well, this is a really old version…
I would update to avast 5.

Where did you get your copy and importantly the license for avast 4.8 pro ?

– AVAST ERROR MANUAL VPS Update - The ST:0x2000001C = license banned, where did you get your registration key/License ?
You will need to contact them, or sales (at) avast (dot) com.

thanks for replies. problem solved. i uninstall and reinstall the new version. and update automatically.

Are you using the latest free version ??? or are you using the nasty version >:(

I’m sure you’ll understand what I’m talking about ;D nasty means very nasty 8)
