Why can't I find computers on my network in the console?

We recently installed Avast Endpoint Protection on the Admin console for some reason I am not seeing any machines I have searched both ways with and without ad and have not gotten any machines am I missing something is there a place I am suppose to put my AD credentials thanks.

Yes I followed the install guide to the T and I searched for answer to my issue and found nothing.

Is there any answer to this? I have the same issues. I have tried search and no answers available.
