I am upgrading from 4.8 t0 6. I installed BP Admin Console on a server and installed the license file, then let it run the discovery and then I ran a deployment, but all the computers are now running a “Trial” version of BP6? What did I do wrong?
Had you tried to reboot your clients?
and
can you control this?
You didn’t checked this?

lukas.hasik post:7:unfortunatelly, there is an error in processing of licenses with a strange characters (e.g. ‘&’). Contact me directly with your customer number to fix the license and regenerate it. The problem will be fixed in next BP admin console update.
sorry, I’m not understanding what you are saying.
Control if in the license (you can see the information in the console) if there’s a strange characters (e.g. &) in the name of company.
Otherwise try to get another license from your reseller (if you buy from…).
When you received your license, you have saved to disk without changing it?
Another question … In the console did you saw the PCs connected and are updated?
The reseller has their email address in the Customer name field which has a @ symbol in it. Our name has “,” and “.” in it.
I will request a new license file.

Try and report back if you still have the problem…
Have a nice day

New license file makes no difference. My license shows up fine within BP Admin Console. They clients that are deployed are not showing as licensed. Is there a phone number for avast support? The 877 number is only for consumer support.
