Avast keeps opening System 32 folder sometimes every second. Quite annoying

What do you mean exactly, keeps opening the folder?
When I log on using XP, when the Avast Globe comes on the System 32 folder opens up. And remains on top until the globe stops spinning sometimes takes minute’s. Other times just kepps opening…
Avast does not open the System32 folder window…
It is scanning stuff on startup, but isn’t really opening any windows…
It may be the Explorer remembering your open windows before shutdown?
