Why does the AVG browser NOT have a PIP mode in it, isn't it based on Chrome?

Avast’s browser had bookmark issues so I tried AVG,bookmarks worked fine but when I went to go watch Youtube in PIP mode there wasn’t even an option for it. How was this left out?
