why don't I receive a new key?

Hi all,
My Avast is coming close to expiration and I re-registered to get a new key but it’s been 2 days and nothing has come yet. Is that normal?

The registration is sent automatically on completion of registration and you should receive an email from register @ avast.com (without the spaces) with your registration key.

Does your ISP or you use an anti-spam, if so ensure the above email address is added to the white list.

Try re-registering again and use a different email address.

Also check if you have a spamfilter installed on your computer, a friend have Spamihilator and that filter ate his registration mail :slight_smile:

Also check the spamfolder, if you use webmail, like Hotmail.

Last key for your al__r._n@la____e.n_t address was sent on Feb/20/2007 09:39:59. Please check your spam folder or add @avast.com into your white list.
