hello, I just purchased an activation code for Avast! Pro Antivirus within the past 30 minutes, and I didn’t receive anything in my email yet. Why is it taking this long? The order number is 14827757

Or use the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
I tried that, and it says

Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.

I KNOW I have put in the correct email. I’m 100% positive
I’m gonna either have to get a refund, or they send me a new activation file
maybe it did not go true…and that is why you have not recived the mail?

On the avast software where it says Summary and went down to where it says Renew now. Then I put in my email, my credit card # and address, and I was supposed to get an email back but never did.

As stated before contact avast “the company”. It’s simple and quite painless.

Have you visited your credit/debit card site to check whether there is a charge for the purchase? When I purchased AIS, the charge showed up shortly afterwards.

I already checked, and the transaction is on there. I can post a screen shot of it, but I don’t think it would count too much as proof. It’s my bank statement. It’s a $29.99 purchase for 1 year
