Why I can’t block all evil google ads?

I tried to block ads from http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/ but some of them still show up :o

avast is not an ad blocker

all you need is to use wildcards:
googleads.g.doubleclick
pagead2.googlesyndication

that’s what i use with my avast, works like a charm.
