Why is Avast detecting this string of bytes as a malware?

The following string of bytes is detected by Avast as a malware:

83 EB 08 73 05 BB 80 00 00 00 83 E9 08 73 05 B9 80 00 00 00 89 9E D1 08 00 00 89 8E D5 08 00 00

I have tried to insert this string of bytes into another legitimate application, and Avast has detected the entire application as a malware.

So isn’t there a possibility that a legitimate application can have this same string of bytes, and hence getting itself falsy detected by Avast as a malware? I mean why does an antivirus detect an application based on such a small number of bytes!

Note that only Avast has detected it, another 50+ antiviruses did not.
