The website is very cumbersome. It’s almost impossible to email the company. The phone number Google provides belongs to someone who’s getting desperate because of all the calls he’s receiving, even though he’s not an Avast employee. Recently, money was debited from my account again. I found an old email address, but my email wasn’t forwarded because it required a number. I no longer want to use Avast products. I don’t have them because my PC crashed and the downloads disappeared. I can only download new products if I pay. But I’ve already paid. I keep getting a different address, one in Sweden, the other in the United States, which I have to contact. I’ll try this. My bank can’t do anything for me because I’ve authorized automatic debit. I’ll never make that mistake again. The bank advised me to go to the police and report it. If I don’t get a response from Avast, I will definitely do so.

Go to Avast Customer Portal with your email + order ID and cancel the auto-renew. If you can’t find the ID, use their billing support chat. That’ll stop the charges for good.
