I have been running avast for several months on one laptop and very pleased with its performance.
I wanted to download it onto a second laptop – and had to purchase a brand new license from a different customer account at no discount.
I phoned Avast to inquire about using the same license on more than one computer and was told I would have to buy a new license. I was given no options.
I now have 2 completely separate customer accounts with Avast and no way to merge the two of the licenses to ever get a discount.
displeased. Anyone else have this experience?
You don’t have to if the original license that you purchased is for more than 1 PC ?
You don’t say what avast version (license) you purchased avast Pro or avast Internet Security ?
