Well this hasn’t changed in many years and is what we have been suggesting for a long time.

No need to touch Defender as Avast automatically disables it, and you cant remove Defender as it’s part of the operating system.

Just a bit of correction, Defender auto deactivates any time a third party AV is added.

Maybe another bit of correction: everytime I start my W10 machine, Avast is deactivated by Defender!
