Hello!
Why have i a new VPN ESP rule that allow outgoing at every boot ?
Since a few days i tried using packet rules for stopping unwanted connections
And every boot i got this rule allowing outgoing vpn esp ,
even if i create a rule that should block any vpn esp .
Is that vpn used by avast or what?
