Why not improve Avast ?

I am very curious about this forum…
I use another antivirus too, when someone is infected they write on support for get samples and improve detection.

Why there, you help to clean (it is good) but you not take the malware for add on next update and protect others users ?

There is no need to write to support in order for new detections to be added.

Next to that, avast has CyberCapture which will detect many sample without the need for a user to submit a sample manually.

There is no tool in the world that detects everything. So yes, sometimes it is needed to use something else than avast. Farbar is a analyzing tool, not a detection/removal tool. The instructions are not just for help with removing malware, but also for help with other things.
