the session has timed out. :
The scanner checks urls. Probably the site checked had this infection and enough of the malcode was detected by the avast shield to block the scan and scan site.
avast! Web Shileld and Network Shield sometimes block other scanners also for these reasons. But with other non-live scanners there are no problems getting results.
