Wierd False Positive on new FastStone Image Viewer - Maybe a bug?

I have no idea how to submit a False Positive but Avast 2014 9.0.2008 is unhappy (downloading or executing) with the brand new FastStone Image Viewer 4.9.

Funny thing is when the file is just scanned (NOT downloaded or executed), Avast is happy with it. So is Avast on VirusTotal.

Maybe a new/unknown bug with Avast 9.0.2008??

Just downloaded the newest version of FastStone Image Viewer. Had no problems downloading, executing nor installing version 4.9 . . . . Not sure what to tell you.

I’m running the latest version of avast! Internet Security (2014.9.0.2008) and Windows 7 64bit.

I downloaded that version yesterday and had no problems, straight download, install and open with no interference from Avast.

I have got the “File Reputation Warning” with free 8.0.1497 and update 131113-2, but not with free 2014.9.0.2008 and the same definitions update. Installed without problems on both computers.
