wifi doesnt work, virus scanner is off and firewall is off

here recently i been trying to remove a virus and its on my laptop and hp with windows 8, right now shes a brick cus i cant get on via wifi or direct wire. so here is a few logs i tried after reading some forums any help is appreciated. i used otl wich is still running and minitoolbox wich i attached the log
