WIFI network in the start

Every time, when I connect to a Wifi-point I get the offer to scan the router. Even when it is a trust router. How can I chnage the setting that the offer only appears when it is an unkown wifi point?

I agree that there should be a (more visible if available) setting for this. I have also not found this.
