M.Z. cannot see facebook leaving the old continent because of EU RODO data law?
Will facebook with all it’s end-users disappear and also Instagram from the EU?

They’ve already clarified that position.
They aren’t leaving. (Maybe they’ll get kicked out?)

In essence it doesn’t matter if they leave or stay, if they operate services in the EU they are still bound by EU rules.
If they don’t offer any services in the EU I’m OK with that, I don’t use them 
If they did someone else is bound to fill the gap.
Won’t miss them.
