Win 32: Evo-gen [Susp]

Hi All,

Avast is blocking sevaral times the Win 32: Evo-gen [Susp] virus during my windows update (Windows 7).

My questions: 1. Whether that virus is transforming only during windows update or also by other downloads?
2. Any other action is required for this?
