Win 32 Evo-Gen Susp

After extensive researching, scanning and re-scanning installing and uninstalling, and following instructions here in the forums to rid my PC of Win32 Evo-Gen Susp, I am switching to a new anti virus program after many years of being with AVAST. When AVAST finds this on my computer, I am directed to a page where the only option is to upgrade. This ‘infection’ spyware, malware, or ploy to get me to upgrade, is affecting audio files I need for my work as a medical transcriptionist. I’ve already missed two days due to this issue and cannot afford to miss anymore so…bye-bye Avast.
