Maybe ALWIL will have a Windows 7 Launch Party and give away copies of avast! Pro. 8)
Even better would be an avast! 5 Launch Party & give away copies of avast! 5 Security Suite. 8) 8) 8)

Seeing so many people “fell in love with” Windows 7, Microsoft seems to be very successful in their marketing campaign.
Guess what I hate in MS? - its the marketing team.
nmb
Hate it or not, it’s MS’s common strategy in which they do massive marketing campaign with their partner companies especially when introducing their new products since traditionally, their new OS is supposed to bring good amount of cash-flow to these companies. This is why we cannot but hear their loud voices through any consumer-targeted medium. A part of Vista’s dismay can be taken as Microsoft’s failure in balancing the needs between their users and their partner companies. However, this time around, MS has learned to listen the voices of the users as well. Ironically, this is most likely due to their current stand-point, in which other competent companies are on their tail. So, I wonder if it would benefit us in the long run to rush to the new OS.
I am in no rush. I am waiting for a free copy. like I got xp. it may take a while.
nmb
Waiting for the free cracked versions eh?
There is no need to wait for cracked versions. it “might” already be there in p2p.
I never use cracked softwares,… come on kenny.
My uncle will buy for me.

I wish I had an uncle that would buy things for me.
openDNS blocks your link.
I think my uncle will buy a windows 7 family pack. I don’t know but he will give me a genuine copy.

If that was for YoKenny’s link, then it would depend on your personal OpenDNS settings as it doesn’t stop me accessing it. I use the OpenDNS service and the Dashboard function to stop access to certain site (limited sub-set) so I don’t know why OpenDNS would block access to this site for you.
come on sir DavidR, I know how to unblock it. but openDNS is not giving the category to which it falls. it just says that it is blocked.
nmb
As I said, it isn’t blocking mine, so you will have to check your settings and what categories you have blocked and see if you can determine which this page would come under.
Or you would have to allow the site (as you say you know how to) as I can’t see what this cartoon strip page would fall under to be blocked.
I found out that it was category humor. ;D

;D
Strange that you would block humorous sites ;D
