I’m running Win10 v10.0.10586 and for some reason I can’t access any flash drives at all. Any ideas? ???

Any red crosses or yellow exclamation marks in “device manager” ?

Yes! The all purpose triangle with an exclamation mark.
I have tried to update the drivers but the drivers are already up-to-date. ???

Did you check the manufacturer websites for W10 drivers?

Which computer ??? Dell or HP ???

Have you modified any settings within MCShield that may block usb drive access?

This might sound strange but, last night when I shut down my laptop Windows had an update.
The update fixed it. 8)
