Avast is tagging the following file fgiebar.dll (file has been forwarded to Alwil)
It’s a part of FlashGet which is the download manager I’m using.
Clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Bob, this was discussed in the past and Vlk said it will remain as it is.
This dll is considered by a lot of programs as being adware, besides the FlashGet site says that it is not.
The only solution will be putting it on the exclusion lists.
I won’t expect that Alwil change its mind about this file…
Oh, better solution will be Free Download Manager

Since this is a reg. vesion, there aren’t any ads. Hence, it’s not ad or spyware. ;D
Maybe the signatures and malware patterns aren’t different of each other, I mean, for the ad and for the registered versions…
