Your adware seems cleansed, OK you did it right, did you install ATF Cleaner to clean up all the temporary files? Use this every time before you log off your computer to close it down,

You still have a worm that will run on your F drive (which I assume is a pen drive )

  1. Please open Notepad
    [*] Click Start , then Run[*]Type notepad .exe in the Run Box.

  2. Now copy/paste the entire content of the codebox below into the Notepad window:

  1. Then in the text file go to FILE > SAVE AS and in the dropdown box select SAVE AS TYPE to ALL FILES

  2. Save the above as CFScript.txt

  3. Then drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe as depicted in the animation below. This will start ComboFix again.

  1. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), please post the following reports/logs into your next reply:
    [*]Combofix.txt [*]A new HijackThis log.

Hi insydroxy,

Do as essexboy says, the adware has left your computer, but your F-drive still has a worm on it,
you can download combofix again and then run it again in the way essexboy describes, do that,
ComboFix is still here: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Do the Fix as described by essexboy, and then you could also do this:
1 - Flash Drive Disinfector
Download Flash_Disinfector.exe by sUBs from http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe
and save it to your desktop.

* Double-click Flash_Disinfector.exe to run it and follow any prompts that may appear.
* The utility may ask you to insert your flash drive and/or other removable drives including your mobile phone. Please do so and allow the utility to clean up those drives as well.
* Wait until it has finished scanning and then exit the program.
* Reboot your computer when done.

Note: Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. Don’t delete this folder…it will help protect your drives from future infection.

Do the Flash_Disinfector tool also, insydroxy, for all that you plug in to USB, that is USB stick(s) or pen-drive(s) etc. It does more or less the same as essexboy fix, but you can do it with all your additional disks,
