Perhaps it would be wise to use a program that
"specializes" in worm detection and removal, such as
"Ewido" from www.ewido.net/en ( if have Win 2000 or XP )
or "A-squared" from www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free
if any OS other than Win 2000 or XP !?
David, it cannot repair this worm: just errors in any time for all files…

Worms can’t be repaired (in general). All the file (or registry key) is the malware, no repair possible.
Only delete. Does it come back after boot? Did you try boot time scanning?
