I have the Trojan WIN32: imbedded in my winrar.exe file, how do I remove this? My avast wont do it?

Which file is reported as conspy and where is it located. You may also try
Adaware= www.lavasoft.de
and SpybotDS: http://www.safer-networking.org/

install, update and let them scan your PC. Update your Windows!
