I have just installed Avast after using AVG for many years
On the first scan I have done I have a virus notification

It found WIN32:CTX

Can someone give some advice on what I should do
Is it serious - how do I remove it

What was the file name, where was it found example (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?

What Operating System are you using ?
