welcome to the forum. our malware expert will check those logs and give you further instructions on how to move forward.
in the mean time i suggest you try malwarebytes antimalware as a first step and see if that could not solve your problem.

download, install, update and do a scan. don’t forget to remove what it finds. a system reboot might be needed.
good luck.
Thank you. I have already done that and rebooted, it removed quite a few things but it can’t get rid of this problem. I appreciate the help, I have been trying for days to get rid of this thing to no avail.

Notes:

Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now
So far so good. It wouldn’t let me start Avast at first but I rebooted and everything seems to work fine.
Could you now update and run MBAM please and post the log, also let me know what problems remain
So I did a full system scan with Avast afterwards and it found 5 infected files, then I did a boot scan and it found a couple more, MBAB didn’t find anything with a quick scan though. I’m going to run another full scan with both programs and see what happens.
What did Avast find ?
Where they in qoobox or OTLMoved files ?
Win32:Sirefef-FQ
Win32:Sirefef-C
Win32:Malware-gen
Win64:Sirefef-C
Win32:MalOb-HO
The MBAM finished the full scan and found nothing and Avast is at 65% with nothing found so I think it’s clean, but I won’t get my hopes too high until it’s 100% done.
Avast just finished and I am happy to report that there are no threats detected.
Win32:Sirefef-FQ Win32:Sirefef-C Win32:Malware-gen Win64:Sirefef-C Win32:MalOb-HO
If the above files were located in either :
Qoobox
OTL_Movedfiles
Then they were the ones we quarantined earlier.
If you are still happy tomorrow let me know and I will remove my tools
Alright. I think they were just left overs from the other thing, so far everything is good and still no virus’s. Thank you for all the help.
Subject to no further problems
I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean
