Win32:Downloader-PKU [Trj] / Win32:Malware-gen

Picked up a nasty virus over the week, now afraid to even use my computer.

Every 5 minutes or so Avast warns me about 2-3 objects usually located in C:\Windows\Installer with file names such as 80000032, 80000064, 80000000 and other similar looking digits. Avast detects a Win32:Malware-gen and a Win32:Downloader-PKU [Trj]. Infecting process services.exe. Having to use this computer for business and banking, I can’t afford any leaked information. I’ve been searching for a solution and most point to these forums. Any help would be very much appreciated. Attached logs.
Thanks!
