No that is the installation package for Roxio not the programme itself. It is not downloaded but placed on the drive when the computer was first set up by the manufacturer

Okay guys I am still having the same problem but three more that can’t be removed but don’t seem to be doing any harm. I tried to “Search” for the file but can’t find it! Don’t know if I am coping in the right pathway either. Look at the last scan done on 11-11-13. I have already sent the first virus file in a pass protected zip file so I am trying to find the second one that looks like this: C:\System Volume Information_restore{E57B0FD3-940A-4F00-881D-67F6ACEF1251}\RP1\A0000016.msi|>Disk1|>FILE0005.D0FFFB8D_996E_43B1_8C32_FF42F494CE70

Here are the avast logs:
Also did I do the Attachment properly?

C:\System Volume Information_restore{E57B0FD3-940A-4F00-881D-67F6ACEF1251}\RP1\A0000016.msi|>Disk1|>FILE0005.D0FFFB8D_996E_43B1_8C32_FF42F494CE70

The above is in system restore, so just reset restore points and it will be gone
