WIN32:Enistery  every day

every day ( sometimes twice ) I get an alert that Avast has dealt with WIN32:Enistery. It says the situation has been repaired. Why does it come back every day if it has been repaired - can it be quarantined or removed so I don’t have this threat ? I can’t find a log file that tells me any more / or even logs what this threat was if I don’t get to read the short window announcement. Is there such ???
