win32 evo-gen on c# exe file

I have been creating a c# wpf application. After I have finished it,I brought it to the firm, for testing. But after they have tried to execute it,it sad dat it is a win32 evo gen susp…Now the thing is,I scanned my computer, and it is clean. Also, when I try to use an earlier version of my program, when I start the .exe file,it scans it for 15 minutes, and allowes it.
How can I fix this?

I guess it is behaviour that trigger detection

Is this file signed? From what I remember, if you sign the file, it doesn’t detect it, unless something is triggering it.
