Win32:Evo-gen [Susp] false positive rootkit for WINDOWS/system32/acs.exe

Hi, today when I turned on my Win XP system, Avast put up a Rootkit Found dialog for WINDOWS/system32/acs.exe with Rootkit name: Win32:Evo-gen [Susp]

I ran it through virustotal.com and confirmed it was clean: https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/2f837d5f8a24277a9cc86b219cac2dfa14591e100409cabb499f865c93527d3c/analysis/1378851556/

This file is the Atheros Configuration Service: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/acs.exe-8054.html

I submitted the file for further analysis and set Action To Take to Ignore.
