This just started today…I am getting “Win32:Evo-gen [Susp]” when trying to start my Cyberlink DVDPlayer.exe…A program that I have used since 2001. I know that it is a false positive, since I have used the program for 13 years without a problem. this is the first time that Avast has ever rejected it. After simply restoring the file, I ran a scan on that file alone and it came back saying “No Threat Found”. But when I tried to execute it, the same thing happens and it goes back to the virus chest. I restored the filed and excluded it and it works fine. But I should not have to do it that way since it worked without an issue for so long.
