Hey there. For the past couple of weeks, my Avast keeps blocking “infected files” or actions, labelled “Win32: Evo-Gen [Susp]”, and moving them to the virus chest. Whenever I see a pop up listing what was blocked, it says that it came from “VUAgentPS.dll”. I Googled that, and all I found was that it is an Updater program installed on the computer by Sony. What does this mean? Does this mean that that program has been infected with something? I don’t want to delete it from the computer, because I don’t know how to re-install it. Or what will happen to the computer if it is gone. Sometimes I get the pop up alerts while using Photoshop, and my Avast removed infected files (and the Photoshop program in the process), but I’m still getting the red warning pop ups about this Win32 stuff. I scanned my computer with Avast, and removed what it found. I then used various other programs to remove any Malware, but I still get this problem.
And I’m not a genius when it comes to computers, so if anyone knows what to do, please try to not make it sound super complicated
