this virus have infected the file C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\DATA\report\Protection résidente.
so avast can’t remove it because this file is in use when avast work ?? what can i do ?

the malware is in the definitions so you must be calm 'cause avast! can delete it. Have you seen the virus chest? if the file is not there, you can schedule a scan at reboot. right click on the blueball → start avast! antivirus → menu options → schedule a scan at reboot.
i forgot to say this: the file you see (C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\DATA\report\Protection résidente) is not a virus but a text file with the report of activity of avast! resident.
