Win32 infected

Hi I logged onto my computer today and at first everything was fine. After I did a full system scan with Avast! it came up with a few infected files which it moved to the chest. Then it requested to do a system reboot/scan. I did this and it brought up about 3 files which at the end showed the “Win32” it would not let me repair, move to chest, delete these files. When I restarted the computer and went to log into my user it showed “this version of Windows is not genuine and is corrupted” Now it only lets me use a temporary login in which it forces me to use. What do I need to fix this???

Attach your basic logs. (MBAM, FRST and aswMBR…!!)
