what Win version do you have ?
where was the trojan found (Path/folder/filename) ?
try removing it in safeMode (F8-Boot), emptying your IE-Cache=T.I.F., temp-folder and java-cache
did you try a board search for:
Istbar
One of the programs Spybot, ad-aware, cwshredder shoudl be able to remove it, other wise please post o ligfile of hijackthis here
