Win32: jifas-CD: How do I get rid of it?

Hi, everyone.
I just want to say thanks in advance for any advice or help you can give.

My mom and I were online looking for myspace layouts for her myspace, and she clicked on a website.
Immediately, the internet shut down, and there were three new shortcuts on the desktop; they were all links to porn websites.
I immediately tried to open Malwarebytes, and it wouldn’t come up.
I downloaded Avast, and started a scan.
After that I went to bed, but my mom continued to try and get rid of the virus.
When I got up the next morning to keep trying, I turned the computer on, and the first thing that came up was Malware Detection Center(something close to that), telling me that I had no virus protection.
It looks just like Windows Security Center, if that helps.
I decided that this was the virus trying to get me to install more malware and stuff, so I simply closed out of it.
Every now and then, Malware Detection Center(the virus) or something will pop up, telling me that a virus is attempting to enter the computer, and it will give me details about what it affects, etc.
I’ve tried to run scans, and I’ve deleted everything avast! has told me to.
It disabled Windows Security Center, so that every time I try to pull it up it says “Can not open Windows Security Center, please restart your computer and try again.”
I’ve tried this, and it doesn’t work.
We can browse the internet just fine, but the only security center that’s still working is avast!, and I think that’s because we downloaded it after the virus got into the computer.

Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this?
If you need, I think I can take screenshots of what keeps popping up and post them here.
Thanks!

Hi thatperson,

Try a boot time scan with avast! Right click the scanner screen, select ‘schedule a boot time scan’ and reboot when requested. (Or open the tab at the top left of the scanner screen and select the boot time option from there.)

If still having problems…

Try a scan with DrWeb CureIT!

Try one or more of the the usual free adware/spyware scanners.

Spybot Search & Destroy
SUPERAntiSpyware Free
a-Squared Free
Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

Download, install and update the programs.
Always select the option to quarantine any malware found rather than delete it, then you will be able to restore files or registry entries wrongly identified as malware- a rare but not unknown event for any malware scanner.

The fact that you got infected just by visiting a web site means you have out of date and insecure software on your computer that malware could exploit to install itself without your consent- a drive by download.

When you have cleaned your computer, check for insecure software and update using one of the following:

Secunia Online Software Inspector (OSI)
Secunia Personal Software Inspector (PSI)

Is this the one you have

Remove Malware Defense (Uninstall Guide)
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-malware-defense

if you have the exact name i can fiend the removal guide for it

anyway you say you have Malwarebytes and it will not run, then follow the guide above, step 7 and 8 is important for getting Malwarebytes up and running. Update MBAM before you start scanning and i am sure MBAM will remove this
