Does any know how to block this Trojan ?

We have avast profesional 4.8 for windows workstations.

AVAST not detected the trojan but when workstation is restarted, the scanner detect the trojan and many has been infected… too late !!!

Any help or tips ?

there was an update of Win32:Kamso detection yesterday (it’s the successor of http://www.avast.com/eng/win32-kavos.html)… have you seen any heur warning from the antirootkit module?
