I ran a boot-time scan and it flagged win32:killapp-w as a virus and I moved it to the chest. Now I’m reading some posts and it looks like its a program used in restore and that it’s really not a problem. I have a HP laptop, windows 7. Since I moved win32:killapp-w to the chest, will I still be able to restore and recovery or did I need that program and can I take it out of the chest. thanks
Open the Chest, right click the file, rescan it.
If it is clean, you can restore it to its original place.
