Is there any information about what this trojan is? I have ran through all the search engines and there is no information on this trojan other than such-n–such AV software found it. Sounds like a keylogger that i have found in C:\System Volume Information.
Hi sniperbbb,
Look here for info:

polonus
One of the problems is that there is no standard virus naming convention so there may be many aliases for this, a google search for win32:lemmy-c only returns one hit but for win32:lemmy many hits and these tend to say it is a trojan downloader, this is just one http://www.emsisoft.com/fr/malware/?Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Lemmy.n, whilst the name is different it gives an idea of what the lemmy family does. Cleaning it up previously could have placed it in a restore point.
Since it downloaded spyware you might want to run some spyware checks.
If you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it, preferably in safe mode.

Using system restore in the future could restore this potential trojan, so even if there is any possibility of this happening I suggest you clear the system restore restore points.
The c:\System Volume Information folder is a part of the system restore function and as such is protected by windows, the only way to clean infected _restore points is to disable system restore and reboot. This will clear ALL _restore points. Once you have disabled system restore, reboot, scan your PC again and if clear enable system restore.
