win32:maleware-gen

I recently viewed a video on a website and avast popped up saying that threat detected. The file detected was located (win32: maleware-gen)in Documents and Settings/Dan/Start Menu/Programs/startup/sysrda32.exe Since this happened the system hangs on startup while loading personal settings. I have run a full system scan with Avast and it found the virus so I told it to delete it and it said that it did but the problem with system hanging on startup persisted. I also ran Malwarebytes and it found several infections and quarantined and deleted them, still hasn’t solved the problem I am having with the system hang. Can anyone please assist me with the full removal of this virus? I am not very computer savvy so if you could explain things in-depth for me it would be greatly appreciated!

(This is the Malwarebytes scan log) but still have same problem

Try running the MBAM scan again in normal mode, and post the log.
MBAM is designed to be more effective in normal than in safe.

I’d also try a file cleaner, like Ccleaner, or the inbuilt Windows disk cleanup utility to delete all temporary files. See how that goes.

Try clicking “start>all programs>startup” and report back as to what (if anything) is in that location.

I ran a boot scan last night with avast as that seems to be the only way that I can get windows to boot up in normal mode and it returned no results for viruses. This morning I ran MBAM in normal mode and that also turned up no viruses, but did place a bunch of random .bmp files into its ignore list from a software that I use. I recently installed CCLeaner and did both a normal run to get rid of all of the temp files and other bs as well as running the registry fix which turned up a bunch of errors which I fixed. Upon attempting to restart the computer in normal mode it still hangs while loading personal settings. Also, I can’t get the computer to perform a boot scan anymore so I can’t access the normal mode of windows. Any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
