Hey there guys. Posting on behalf of my girlfriend who has unexpectedly been infected with what appears to be a recently-common issue for users on this forum.
The above-titled infections appear to have gotten onto her computer. I was able to help her [hopefully and completely] remove the Sirefef-PL rootkit, but the other two seem to be a recurring issue. I have had her attempt all applicable methods listed in this topic:
http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=102258
As well as the BITS registry fix towards the end of it, (which did apply to her system), however it seems that something is still overtaking the system’s services.exe file, which appears to also be regenerating the two infections in question, even though both Avast and the other tools have claimed to have found and removed them.
Does anyone have any suggestions? She also had other issues besides the now-fixed BITS one that Farbar Service Scanner picked up on. I have attached this information in the documents below.
The remaining log file has been attached below. This separate post was used due to forum limitations on the number of attachments allowed per post.
I see that you have run combofix, could I see the log please

I gave her the information on what to do next, and she said when she has some free time later today, she’ll execute the fixes/scans. It may be a few hours, so I’ll reply back once it’s done.
As for the ComboFix log, we have had trouble finding it. For some reason, it doesn’t appear that one was generated after installing ComboFix, and according to that topic I previously referenced, you guys said to not reinstall it, so I’m trying to avoid having her do that to generate a new one. Any suggestions on dealing with that situation?

Notes:
- Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
- Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
- If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.
Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now
